I think everyone in the class of `59 knew Stu. What I remember most was his humility and quick wit. GOD bless his family and give them comfort during this tough time.

Stewart will be missed. We grew up together at St. John's Baptist Church. His mother and dad were close friends of my parents, Larry and Virginia Moore, and his dad was my most memorable Sunday school teacher. God is blessing his family.

I have not seen Stewart in many years. He sat in the desk behind me for several classes. His integrity and wit were as described. He will be remembered and missed by many. ( Margaret) Smith Tyson

Stewart - as we called him - was just like that in all the school years (elementary through Central High School, class of '59). Everyone admired, loved him, and wanted to be his friend. Deepest sympathies to his family in this interim time until we meet again.

Stewart and I were friends as young men. I remember him a a quick-witted likeable fellow with a bright future ahead. I offer my deepest sympathy to his family.

Stu was a fantastic neighbor and friend. We lived 2 doors down from them and our dogs loved to meet and greet their labradoodles as much as possible. Always a kind man. Stu will be missed.
