Dear Brooks, Heather, Amy, and Hop, I am so sorry for the loss of your mother. She loved you all dearly. The first time I heard her sing was well before any of you kids were born. She sang, "It Is Well With My Soul". Before she sang the song, she told the story behind the man who scripted it. Her voice was so pure. Her heart so genuine. I'll never forget it. I always think of her when I hear that song. She is at home in heaven. May it be well with your souls.

Dearest Brooks and family,
Virginia is dancing in Heaven with our Lord. She was the godliest woman I have ever had the privilege of knowing. She introduced me to the Holy Spirit, and my life was changed forever because of her testimony which she lived. Our loss, though sorrowful, is Heaven's gain. We WILL meet again. I remember Virginia through her mom, Mrs. LeCroy, who taught me Speech and Drama at Woodrow Wilson Elementary. She always sounded like a wonderful young lady, and blessing to all who knew her. May God bless your family !

Although I did not personally know Virginia or her brothers I felt a connection from the stories of the family her mother fondly shared. I also had the wonderful priviledge of being taught sixth grade by Mrs. LeCroy while she was at Woodrow Wilson. My sympathy to you all to lose her at such a young age. I can see she will be greatly missed.

I'm sorry to hear of Virginia's death. She was my piano teacher in Birmingham about 40-or-so years ago. Her mother, Mrs. LeCroy, was my 6th grade teacher at Woodrow Wilson Elemetary in the Bush Hills section of B'ham. I remember both of them fondly.

Brooks and Family, I am sorry to hear of Virginia. But so happy for where she is, Heaven. The home we all want to live in. I can never tell you what she meant to me and my family growing up in Tuscaloosa. Truely a Godly women. I have always felt she was the face of Jesus. Thank you for not only what Virginia did for us at Alberta but for what your family did. Praying for you always. Love Diane Dyer
