Dr. Virginia S. Burlingame

Ginny was director of the Gerontology Institute at UW-Parkside when she joined with Mark Marlaire to start the learning in retirement group known as ALL (Adventures in Lifelong Learning). Their dreams for such learning opportunities has grown to become a member-led group of over 500 members, with lectures, classes, day trips, and focus groups. And friendships, many long-lasting. We are now in our 22nd year, still comfortably ensconced at Parkside, so Ginny and Mark's dream has blossomed...
