Dear Frank, Phil, Darren and Lisa. This is Irene. My daughter Julianne just let me know Jeanne passed away. My sincere heartfelt condolences. You two have been very special in my life. I even have a police officer named "Cappy" in my upcoming murder mystery. We go way back, and there would not have been any way we wouldn't have been there as a family.
