My deepest condolences to the family and friends of Ms. Virginia Carter. Virginia was a lovely individual who had a caring disposition, and was always there at JoAnn's fabrics when shopping for an item for my mother.
May God bless her loving soul as it travels home.

Virgina was an Alaskan. She was giving, she was always helping, and she wanted to make things better. I met her as an employee of the Anchorage Pioneers' Home and I am a better person for it!
She was proud of her family and she spoke of them often. I offer my condolences to you all. Virginia, rest in peace.
