As children, our parents would drive from PA to Ragland, Alabama to visit with our relatives. Our grandparents owned a farm and had milking cows. We were not from a farm and insisted that milk only came from the store. They probably had a container they kept filling up and we never knew the difference! These visits allowed us to spend time with our dad's only sister and family. Aunt Shinnie was the sweetest aunt you could ever wish for. We never heard her raise her voice and never heard her...
