Not sure what to say?

Dear Eyestone Family: Suzanne, Janet, Mary Jo, Eddie: Our hearts go out to you at this time of parting with your mother. We have wonderful memories of our association with all of you in Samoa. We remember well the ship voyage to get there and temporary housing waiting for the new houses to be built. Dawn remembers Virginia's help in learning to sew kids' clothes. Phil remembers frequent conversations with Bob and having the girls in band. We had good times eating pizza and some trips...

Mrs. Eyestone was my sewing teacher at Ogden High school many years ago. What a wonderful friend she was as well as being a great teacher. Her positive, happy, uplifting personality made a difference in my life. I knew she cared about me, as she cared about all her students, but I felt I was one of her favorites. Mrs. Eyestone was my sewing teacher at Ogden High school many days ago. She was a thorough and thoughtful teacher and I learned much from her as a budding seamstress. The real lessons she taught me about life were far more precious. She cared about me as an individual and let me know that. I am sorry for your loss and needed to let you know the impact she had on a young girl's life.

Virginia is a remarkable woman. They threw away the mold after they made her. So sorry for your loss. She is happy where she is and doing good!!

I'm sorry to hear about Aunt Virginia's passing. I have such fond memories of going over to Aunt Virginia's house with my cousin Natalie for our weekly sewing lesson. I still have and use the jean blanket I made with her. Thank you for all the memories, you have a soft spot in my heart.

I am so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. Growing up, I loved my "second family" as my own. My thoughts are with you.

We are so sorry to hear of Virginia's passing. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. We have very fond memories of visiting your home around the corner from Grandma Geddes. We know there is a grand reunion in heaven with her husband, parents and siblings!
