I recently heard of Mrs. Foster's passing. What a wonderful lady she was with a warm loving spirit and a smile that was so beautiful. May God continue to bring all her family comfort and peace.

Mr. and Mrs. Foster moved across the street from us when I was five years old and we were blessed to have such wonderful neighbors. Mrs. Foster treated my brother and I like her own children and we loved spending time with her. She's always greeted us with a loving smile and her gracious countenance made it clear that The Lord was with her. I am thankful that I was able to see her and Mr. Foster again a number of times over the years and I pray that The Lord will give you peace as you...

My family lived across the street when Mrs. Foster moved to 22nd Street. We had a large family and my youngest brother, Vincent, just loved to visit Mrs. Foster. One day we looked for Vinny everywhere and couldn't find him for hours. We finally realized that he had gone over to his favorite place, Mrs. Foster's house, and sure enough, that's where we found him. Mrs. Foster was a great lady and a wonderful friend to our family. I know that she will be missed by her loved ones, friends and...

I was 7 years old and grew up across the street from Mrs. Foster. She was always so very kind to me and my Irish Catholic family on 22nd street in Newport News. I feel very lucky to have known a true Saint like Mrs. Foster.
God Bless her and her family.
