Ginny was an exceptional human being. She touched our family in so many ways--like no one else.
To know Ginny was a blessing. To experience her smile, her laugh, her generosity was a joy.
Our memories of times shared together will last a lifetime. We are so fortunate to have known her.
We will miss her so very much.

Although we had not been in touch with Ginny in recent years, we knew her to be a warm and welcoming neighbor. She will be missed by those of us who lived around her.

RIP Ginny - I only knew Ginny for a short period of time - I loved and will miss her stories especially when we could share same experiences in the UK and Paris / I know she was loved by everyone and has a special place in everyone's heart - she will be missed but she is now at peace and will be with her beloved

I'll always keep my memories of sharing Bandirma, Turkey with Ginny as new English teachers. We had great trips to Istanbul and several travels in Turkey years later and great food at Yayla Bistro in Arlington, VA. We especially enjoyed the restored Armenian Church in Diyarbakir, Turkey, in October 2015.

Dearest Ginny was beloved by so many friends. I used to tell her she was "overburdened with friends." She loved life, she loved people, gave so much of herself and we all suffer an incalculable loss. I was extremely lucky to see her just before her end, and feel honored that she wanted to see me. I had a great visit with her, Beverly and another classmate Sara Duross who had been in the hospital for months but was determined to come to our lunch. Lindsay, her wonderful daughter, brought her. During the lunch I asked Ginny if she'd ever had gin. No was the answer. "OK you're going to have a gin and tonic!" After she tasted it, I asked "Do you like it?" "I like it!" came the hearty reply. Evidence of her great spirit.
My husband Dan and I will be at the memorial where I hope to see a multitude of friends.
