Having lost my own Mother when I was in my 20's, I know two things about your current cirmstance...One how lucky you have been to have had her in your life all this time..and two that no matter how many years go by they always remain in your heart and thoughts and in my instance my Mom and Dad are reflected in much of what I believe and do in my life despite the fact that I was 20 and 25 when they were called...

I am a fellow director of United Way of Mass. Bay and am thinking of you at this difficult time of personal loss for you and the rest of your family. I lost my own mother last July just before her 93rd birthday and I still miss talking to her every day although I am grateful that she is now at peace where she had wanted to be for some time now as the quality of her life was not very good at the end. With time, the pain and sorrow do diminish but...
