Not sure what to say?

My family and I are just learning of Virginia's passing. She is my father's wife, Leslie's, sister. All of our family cherished the person she was, especially my nephew Jawanza Whitfield who stopped in Lynchburg with his family every year to visit with Virginia and let her know we all loved her spirit and prayed for her long life.

Thank you!

I am just seeing this and would like to extend my condolences to the family. I would see Ms. Jefferson where I worked. She was the most amazing person. She was kind and we loved to see her walk through the doors. We tried to see her on or around her birthday so we could celebrate her. I was truly blessed to have met this beautiful lady.

All praise be to this wonderful lady, rest in peace. In Jesus name.

I remember her from Boonsboro. She made me the best ever chocolate cake for my birthday. Both she and Malcolm were wonderful people.

I did catering in Lynchburg back in the 1980's and Virginia made all of the cakes, from scratch, that I served. When I would go to pick them up, Malcolm would be sitting in the living room and always greeted me warmly. I'd stay a while and chat with them. The kitchen was immaculate as was the rest of the house. She took pride in her work and I appreciated our friendship. She looked the same as this photo. except perhaps had dark hair. Thank you.

Gilliam, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. She was a beautiful woman inside and out. Sallie Leys

May God bless the family.
