Dear Becky and Kevin,
It was with shock and sadness that I learned yesterday (April 5) of Ed's death. I don't read the paper every day and missed the obituary; had I seen it, I would have come to the memorial service.
I know how close you were to your father and what a good father he was.
I'm glad that he got to see his grandchildren and that you moved closer to Baltimore, Becky. I hope that you will be comforted by your wonderful memories of him, but I know how difficult these days...

I am so sorry to learn of Mr. Hewitt passing. Please know he passed in a beautiful place and he passed doing what he love to do. My prayer are with the family.
