I have such great memories of Mrs. Levanas. I went to THS from 1972-1976 and remember her beautiful smile, accepting personality, and her graciousness with others. I felt I could talk to her anytime. i will miss her greatly.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends. I have such fond memories of Mrs. Levanas. She was my nursing aide teacher At Torrance high school back in 1970 and allowed me to stay with her for an extra year assisting with the class as a student aide. It was her passion and love of nursing that made me become a nurse. In reading her obituary I feel an even stronger connection to her after all these years.
