Virginia Eloise (Tootie) McMillan, 74, of Fieldale, Va., died on Sunday, June 28, 2009. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2009, in the South Chapel at Bassett Funeral Service. Basset Funeral Service is in charge of the arrangements.
