Not sure what to say?

Rest In Peace, Ginny. You are greatly missed by all that knew and loved you!

June 18, 2020

Ginny was an amazing lady. While I didnt know her for as many years as others, it didnt take me long to find out what a kind, generous person she was. I had many interesting talks with her in her living room with Oliver rolling around on her lap, hoping to get his belly rubbed! I will miss her very much, but most of all, remember her as a great friend.

I consider myself fortunate to have met Ginny a few years ago. She was a very sweet and caring person. Always concerned how I was doing and Blue of course! Cat people are kindred spirits, her beloved Oliver. I always looked forward to our evening swims. The funny stories with she and Carol would always make my day. I will forever miss her smile, sparkling eyes and sincere heart. Rest In Peace and Love

Ginny, I will dearly miss you coming into the shop and trusting me with the care of your hair. You were not just a client, but a friend too! I enjoyed our time together and you will be greatly missed by me. Till we meet again in love.

I had the pleasure and privilege of knowing Ginny as a lunch partner on the 2nd Wednesday of the month for the past several years. She was always upbeat, caring and nurturing. An excellent conversationalist, Ginny was not only intelligent and well read, but also thoughtful, attentive and witty. Ginny will be missed and will always hold a special place in my heart.

We will miss walking into Ginnys home and catching up on her latest good reads, tales of Oliver, recipes to share, family reminiscences and wry, insightful observations about affairs in our community and beyond. Ginny was wise, witty and warm. She had a listening heart and an amazing mind. She will be missed by many!

Ginny was very comfortable to be with. She was a person with a kind spirit, and always willing to look at the brighter side of life. I'm pleased to have enjoyed her friendship, and she will be remembered.

I will miss Ginny's friendship. Our monthly lunches at a variety of restaurants in the Old Saybrook area, shared copies of the New Yorker magazine and exercise sessions at Joint Effort. Ginny had an encompassing intellectual curiosity coupled with compassion for people she met.

I feel so very lucky to have met Ginny about 10 years ago. Because both of us had grown up in the Boston area, we made an instant connection. As we became closer, I especially noticed that she really listened to what one had to say and was so compassionate. With a true interest she would ask about family members. I will miss her presence at our circle of friends at the Point,
