ODESSA In Our Heavenly Kingdom and in the Loving Arms of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is to be found a beloved Mother, Sister, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Great-Great-Grandmother & Dear Friend, Virginia H. Salgado. Ms. Salgado, 99, of Odessa, surrounded by her loving family, passed away Thursday, December 3, 2015 at Madison Medical Resort in Odessa. She was born August 17, 1916 in Carlsbad, NM to Miguel Howard and Tirsa Martinez. She was a Christian Catholic and a Homemaker. She is preceded in death by Husband, Cirilo Salgado Sr.; Sons, Marion Andres Salgado, Miguel Carlos Salgado, Federico Salgado; Daughter, Maria Elena Salgado; Grandson, Hector Porras.

She is survived by Sons, Cirilo Salgado Jr. (Isabel) of Odessa, Antonio Salgado (Maggie) of Odessa; Daughters, Manuela Salgado of Odessa, Herminia (Minnie) Vasquez (Porfirio) of Albuquerque, NM, Virginia (Vicki) Beltran of Odessa; 36 Grandchildren; 75 Great-Grandchildren; 44 Great-Great-Grandchildren; and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Many Friends.

We, the Salgado Family, would like to take this time and express our utmost sincere gratitude to each and every one of you for all your prayers, floral arrangements, food, offering and especially your presence with us during this most difficult time. May God Bless You All Abundantly. Pallbearers will be: Noel Quiroz, David Mendoza Jr., Zachary Lannon, Marcos Anthony Vasquez, Rene Salgado, Jose Manuel Esquviel and Ramiro Mier.

Visitation will be today, Saturday, December 5, 2015 from 4pm to 9pm and Sunday, December 6, 2015 from 1pm to 9pm, with a Rosary at 7pm at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel. Mass will be celebrated at 11am Monday, December 7, 2015 at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Reverend Hilary Ihedioha officiating. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens Harmony Section. Services by Odessa Funeral Home and Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
