Not sure what to say?

I was just thinking about Virginia the other day and how much I miss her and Gill. She was one of a kind. She was lots of fun and had her head on right. She was truly a believer in the gospel of Jesus Christ and a good example to all she knew. So happy she and Gill are together again.

I was headed overseas when I received word of Virginia's passing. It brought back a flood of memories, as Virginia was serving as Young Womens President of our ward while I was growing up. One was when she sewed licorice in Keri's bonnet before the pioneer trek. I wished she had done the same in mine! I remember her bringing lipstick on that adventure too. What a fun-spirited person whose life influenced mine for good! Love to all of the family members for the loss of Virginia.

My daughter, Aubrey Eastham, loved Virginia and Gill and loved helping them at the Wentworth. She was so touched by their friendship and interaction with them. She is currently serving an LDS mission and would love to contact any one of the kids, who she says she loves so much as well. I can give you her contact information if you contact me at my email address. Many Thanks, Annette Eastham

I am truly sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in your belief that you will see Virginia again some day. God bless you all.

Virginia was a walking bundle of friendliness and personality. She always left you cheered up and uplifted. We'll miss her.

Virginia's sparkling personality and charm were a light to the world, which is just a bit darker with her gone. We enjoyed meeting and serving with her and Gill in the Massachusetts Boston Mission, and we maintained that valued friendship afterwards. Both are deeply missed, but they left us with many marvelous memories. Love and prayers for those left behind.

We know this is a tender time for your family and we send our love. It's tough losing two parents within a relatively short period of time. Our prayers are with you.

Yes, Virginia was the line-up queen. Sometimes she had two dates for the same night so she would call me and ask me to go with one of them. We had such fun times together at East High in pep club. We were Alpha Chi's together at the "U". I will miss her but know she is having a wonderful reunion with Gill. Love to your family, Susan Sanders Cannon
