Virginia James Scruggs

The members of Henrico Retired School Personnel Association extend their sincere condolences to the family of Virginia Scruggs. Her service to students and staff of Henrico's schools is very much appreciated. She had been a faithful member of HRSPA and I recall seeing her often at our luncheons. She will be missed.

Aunt Ginny is greatly missed.

To the Scruggs Family
I am sorry to hear of Mrs. Scruggs homegoing. We sang on the same choir and I remember her as always being pleasant and friendly. I will miss her kindness. May you find peace in knowing that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.
