There are so many great things about my grandma, too many to mention here. But the love she had for her family was the greatest of all. We will miss her dearly and I can't imagine that there will be a day that goes by in the rest of my life that I wont' think of her in some way. The internet seems an odd place for my grandma a small town southern woman to receive messages. My Grandma was the stongest, the most beautiful and simple woman. I will cherish every bite of chocolate cream pie. I love you, thank you for all you taught me about life and baking pies.

I learned my love of shopping from my grandma. We would have sleepovers and shopping trips to KMart for fine clothes and good shoes! I love you gram!

My grandma was the best story teller I ever met. No matter the story or the situation, she would find a way to make it funny. In honor of Gram, let me tell a story: My wife (Kim) and I visited Gram a few days before she passed away. A curtain was the only thing separating Gram from another lady in the room.
