Mrs. Virginia Huff Travis

Virginia Huff Travis, 87, of McComb, MS passed away on March 19, 2013 at the McComb Nursing and Rehab Center in McComb. Visitation will be Friday from 9 AM until services at 11 AM at Hartman-Sharkey Funeral Home of McComb. Burial will be in Hollywood Cemetery. Mrs. Travis was born in Pike County, MS on February 27, 1926. She is the daughter of the late Ruben and Kaybell Travis Huff. Mrs. Travis was a homemaker and a member of the Open Door Baptist Church of Summit. She was a wonderful and loving mother to her four boys and will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved her. She is preceded by her parents, a husband, James Alton Travis, two sons, Jack K. Adams and Milton D. Travis. She is survived by two sons, Alton R. Travis and his wife, Grace of McComb and Pascal E. Travis of McComb; four grandchildren, Sheila F. Travis, Alton "Randy" Travis Jr., Troy Travis and Codie Travis; with one great- granddaughter, Briana Robinson.
