I played tennis with Ginny and her social group for many years. Ginny was always fun to be with and will be missed. She was always interested in our lives.

Constance, I'm so sorry to hear of Ginny's passing. I enjoyed many years of playing golf at Barton with Ginny. Often Ginny would take note of deer or wild turkeys on the course to write in her many notes to Alex and Cyril. In the spring, when it was still too chilly to play, Ginny started walking the course, to get her summer golf legs. Her sportsmanship and thoughtfulness on and off the course were a role model to all. She always asked about our kids and remembered their activities. ...

Many of us were early tennis starters with Ginny at Liberty. I loved how welcome she made you feel and by the end of the session she became an old friend! She always asked about my kids and we discussed India at length whenever it was in the news. She was so funny and so good at making everyone feel special I´m sorry so sorry for her loss but also so grateful that my path crossed hers. Sending the family so much love and peace.

I have not talked with Ginny for a number of years, but I remember first meeting her when I covered golf for The Ann Arbor News in the mid '70's. I knew her well and enjoyed talking with her and then seeing her at UM Golf Course for many years. She was a wonderful person. Prayers and condolences for her family and close friends.
