Virginia R. Weaver age 89 of Spring City, Tennessee died on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga.
She was born on April 23, 1934 in Spring City, Tennessee to the late Henley “Bottle” and Ruth Vitatoe Reed. Virginia was a graduate of Spring City High School and worked at the Southern Paper Company in Chattanooga for over 30 years. She liked to watch game shows and work crossword puzzles.
Virginia is also preceded in death by her husband Jim Weaver and brother Donald Lynn Reed.
Survivors include her brother Bailey Reed and sister Shirley Haydon both of Spring City, Tennessee; niece Jamie Spivey; nephews Keith and Jim Reed; and great nieces Lacey Mosley, Kayla Reed, and Chelse Reed.
As her request, there will be no funeral services or visitation.
