Prayers, Virginia was a role model in broadcasting and leading field for women. Also great leader at church. My first broadcast job was with her. She taught many people and provided a voice for the community with the broadcast stations. Rest In Peace Virginia , Thank You for touching many lives and being a positive role model.

I met Virginia for the first time last year. As a broadcaster for many years, I heard so much about Virginia's accomplishments in the industry. My husband (also a long time broadcaster) and I were passing by her house and she welcomed us with hospitality and graciousness. Virginia was truly a trailblazer in the industry and paved the way for many to follow. Virginia, your legacy will continue to shine and we cannot thank you enough. Go with God
