Funeral for Virginia Anna Galloway Williams, 66, of Kingston, Tenn., will be Saturday, Jan. 26, 2008, at 1 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Charley Cain officiating.
Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Williams, who died Monday, Jan. 21, 2008, at Oak Ridge Medical Center, was born Sept. 23, 1941, in Mobile to the late Thirstol Thornton and Essie Lou Webster Thornton. Anna showed God's love to everyone who knew her. She was a member of Calvary Assembly of God, while she lived in Decatur.
Anna will be remembered by her husband, T.R. Williams; sons, Patrick Galloway and wife, Marsha, of Decatur, Donny Galloway and wife, Nicole, of Arnold, Mo., and Danny Galloway of Moulton; stepdaughter, Wendi White and husband, Keith, of Harriman, Tenn.; stepson, Charles Williams and wife, Debbie, of Easley, S.C.; brothers, Thirstol Thornton Jr. and wife, Maureen, of Melbourne, Fla., and Bert Thornton and wife, Teri, of Smyrna, Tenn.; grandchildren, Jordan Galloway, Thorn Galloway, Zackery Galloway, Maxwell Galloway, Abby White, Holley White and Chase Williams; nieces and nephews, Leah Fordham, Bert Thornton Jr., Cindy Deatrick, Jason Jacobs, Susan Dunnagan, Jeff Thornton and Brent Thornton; and great-nieces and nephews, John Solter, Joseph Thornton, Charlotte Thornton, Grace Jacobs, Devin Dunnagan, Dillin Dunnagan, Ross Thornton, Seth Thornton and Hope Thornton. Anna will also be remembered by many more friends and extended family.
Anna was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Nila Dunivant.
