Dorothy, I am Elaine's daughter Jill, and I wanted to send my condolences to you and your family. Vito was always so kind to me every time I saw him. I remember all the years my Mom worked at MNEA and how happy she was working with Vito. Our deepest sympathy..

Vito will be sadly missed by me and many that knew him, he was such a wonderful man, and I am glad he was part of my life and my families life and MNEA family for many years..he taught me alot at work but we were very close and enjoyed spending time with him and his wonderful wife Dorothy. I will miss him so much:(

My thoughts and prayers are with your family. I had the honor of working with Vito for many years as President of the Parkway Nurses. He was a wonderful colleague and a true friend to us all! He will be remembered with respect and much love. God Bless you all.

Dear Dorothy,
I was so sad to hear of Vito's passing. I will always remember his smile and happy greeting everytime I would see him in the neighborhood or at work. He always had ideas to share and was known throughout Parkway as a true advocate for teacher's rights. His life stood for something and I hope your boys can take some comfort in that. Vito was a friend to many. Sandy Collins

Thank you, Vito, for all that you did over the years for educators! You were a tireless advocate and friend.

Vito was the best! He worked constantly to help the teachers in the Parkway School District.
Jane Shoup Past President Parkway NEA

I am so happy to have had the chance to work with Vito on behalf of my fellow St Louis Community College faculty. Vito was empathetic, tireless, honest, and fearless in the help and support he gave to those of us who love teaching and care about our students. Professor Margaret Hvatum
