Vivian H. Beverly
Vivian Hommel Beverly, 87, formerly of Fredericksburg, died Sunday, May 4, 2003, in Naples, Fla. She was a member of Choice Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by her husband, Thurston Banner Beverly, and a daughter, Shirley B. Stanley, she is survived by another daughter, Phyllis B. Robinson of Naples, Fla.; two sons, Garcia N. Beverly of Elizabethton, Tenn., and James P. Beverly of High Point, N.C.; a sister, Levon Bolling of Orlando, Fla.; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, May 9, at Choice Baptist Church, with the Rev. Tim Wilcox officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Comfort Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel.
