I love you all very much. "Mama D" will be greatly missed in our church and our hearts. I can't take away the pain but I know in time that our Lord will ease that pain and the joyful memories will comfort you. I always enjoyed talking to "Mama D" (I liked calling her that and she didn't seem to mind) about her kitty cats! She was a very special and most precious lady. Just alittle note to let you know that you have been in my thoughts and prayers ever since i heard may heart goes out to all of you I guess the only thing i have found peace in a sitution like this is to keep your eyes on the Lord and he will see you though . If there is any thing i can do for you Val & uncle Edward please call me any time .

Wayne, Diane and Val. I never met your mom but she was in intensive care at Coliseum January of 2006 at the same time as my mother and my sister and I talked to all of your family quite a bit. My mom passed away in November but she had done really well after her hospitalization until that time. She was 90. Her name was Eunice Merritt. I have thought of y'all often and how close you all were to your mom. My sincere condolences to you all because I have been through it. God bless you.
