To Laurie ~ Your mom was a classy lady and was revered by my mother, Ruth Sharp, for years when she worked at the Manchester Herald and with you in the summers there. I spoke with your Mom in later years, called her about something and she was as gracious as ever as we reminisced about the days gone by. You should be proud to have had her as your mother and hold onto the wonderful memories from many years past.

Vivian was loved by so many because of her courageous heart, boundless compassion, extraordinary wit, thoughtful generosity, tenacity, and ability to connect with every level of humanity.
