Vivian Rose Mougin

I remember when our family moved to the Tiffin area and were searching to join a local church community. Relatives encouraged us to consider St. Peters Church in Cosgrove Iowa and our family made such wonderful friendships. Vivian (and Frank) were some of the first people to welcome us to the church community. Over the years we became very good friends. Richard and I so enjoyed every single time shared with Vivian and Frank, most often at a school activity to cheer on their grandchildren or at an annual Thanksgiving family gathering so graciously hosted by Bryan and Pam for more than 20 years. Both Vivian and Frank will be missed for their love of family and friends, quick wit and generosity of thoughtfulness and kindness.
