Not sure what to say?

It is very hard to lose a loved one, especially a parent. I am sorry for your loss, but you still have the good memories of your Mother/Grandmother! God Bless

Best Grandma to walk the Earth. Period.

Was always a joy to be around love life and always made us laugh. She is already miss and loved

Vona was so sweet and unpretentious. She always made me feel welcomed and comfortable when we were together. My love and condolences to the family.

Some of my happiest memories are going over to Uncle Orville and Aunt Vona's House. Beautiful person inside and out. Always smiling with the best laugh. Lots of love to the family.

Hi Maggie," in her sweet, caring, voice was how Vona always greeted me, whether when visiting in their home, or via the phone or anyway and anywhere we connected. I will forever remember her loving voice and smile, and her caring kindness. I loved spending time with Vona and Orville. Altho we were cousins, I didn't get to know them until I went to college near Portland in 1966. And, once that happened, theirs was my home away from home when I lived in Portland! Cousins, yes, but family...

She was the most amazing Grandma anyone could ever have! I loved her so much! I can not believe she is gone. I’m happy she can finally dance pain free in the clouds with her handsome husband and my favorite grandpa Orville! Love and miss you!

I work at the assisted living where Vona made her home. I looked forward to my daily visits with her. We talked about politics, family, and life in general. When leaving her room I would always say "see ya in a little bit." We then started calling each other little bit. It became a game to see who would say it last. I miss Vona every day. I remember her with a huge smile on my face. She was not only my resident, she was my friend. I will see you later little bit!!!!!

I love you mom and I miss you and that hasn’t been a day that I haven’t thought about you since you’ve been gone love forever .Your son Steven
