Not sure what to say?

Dear Lori, As has been acknowledged by so many who knew him, Andy was a superb and innovative surgeon who left a legacy on his chosen profession and he had the respect of his peers and patients and I concur as I learned so much about being a doctor from him but more than that I was so lucky to have him as a genuine pal who I was able to enjoy some great adventures with. His treating me with such respect and kindness had more of an effect on me than you´ll know and I was so lucky to have him...

Andy was, without a doubt, the world's best uncle. I always cherished his charming storytelling, which was full of jokes and at times accompanied by an impromptu eye exam at the kitchen table. He was a true role model-someone I deeply admired and looked up to. He will be profoundly missed.

To Lori and Family, May your hearts be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. Dr. Andy was such an inspiration to us. Meet Andy in the 70´s, and feel so privileged and inspired to have known him. We moved away and lost touch, however, we still followed his career, and we´re always referring friends and family to him. Cheers to Andy and hugs to you all. Bruce and Nan Van Dyke (Worked in Dr´s Brennan and Farrells office)

Dearest Lori and family, The thousands of surgeries we performed, the patient care, the flights and trips to the satellite clinics and all the damn fun we had! I was privileged and lucky to be an employee of The Eye Institute/SurgiCare Center of Utah for 30 years; half of that spent by Andy's side. Always so proud of where I worked, the team I worked with, and our service to the community. Andy must have corrected me 2000 times but never once was cross with me. He was always calm,...

Andy was the best and most fun brother-in-law anyone could ever have! His vast accomplishments were a source of pride to all of us. We loved spending time with him and always looked forward to sharing endless jokes and stories. Andy's quiet and sophisticated demeanor was a calming influence on our family and we will carry him always in our hearts.

Dear Lori: Andy was such a fine man and an excellent surgeon who helped so many in his career. We will remember your terrific parties in Holladay at your beautiful home. We will remember Andy before he became ill. Such a vibrant and kind man. Our deepest condolences to you Lori and your family.
