Not sure what to say?

Remembered every day, with love. Wish I could hear the conversation that I know you are having with Fritz concerning the current state of American affairs....

Professor Edward Morgan was such an instrumental person in my life and my career. I am saddened to know that he died last year with me just finding out this morning. I am writing a speech to to give to at my undergraduate university in Arlington, Texas tonight and decided to google some of my heroes and just burst into tears knowing that I missed saying good bye to my friend, my mentor and my hero. It was Professor Edward Morgan with his flaming white mane of hair, riding his bicycle...

I wish to express my condolence, I for some reason felt compelled to google Ed Morgan this morning. Imagine my surprise to discovered he just died. My dad was a fellow teacher with Barbara Elfbrandt and involved in the loyalty oath case. You might remember him Sol Blackman. To be in the presence of Ed was a legal education. I spent enough time with Ed to get a sense of him a real historic figure.he had his fingers in many of the major issues of his day from civil right to the Vietnam war. He...

It is the end of an era. I can either say too much or just shut up.
One could not ask for a better friend or finer person.

While words fail to capture the pain of losing a loved one, we look forward to the time when words will fail to capture the joy of having our heavenly Father return your dear one to you.

Knowing W. Edward Morgan during the height of his legal practice both as a lawyer and as a friend one word comes to mind: Mensch. The word, in German, simply means human being. In Yiddish it is used to describe the very heart and soul of a good person. No other adjective is required. W. Edward Morgan was a MENSCH of the highest order. Condolences to the family.

Ed was a great help with my draft case in 1970 and working with the Tucson Draft Counselling was, under Ed, a life changing experience. My condolences to Barbara. We always went out if we were not too tired after conseling night and had a great time with Ed, not to mention a few parties at the house.

We will always remember the fun times with Ed & Barbara in the Arizona dessert and their visit to Oregon. Our condolences to Barbara and family.
