Not sure what to say?

Dear Mrs. Thompson, Bill, Patty, Michael, Martha and John: Our deepest sympathy and condolences in your loss. I had to pleasure to work with Mr. Thompson for 10-1/2 years while working for Will Polite. Mr. Thompson was a true gentleman in every sense of the word and no matter how busy, always stopped what he was doing for his family. I'll always remember him sitting in his corner office at Seagate with his chair pulled up to his side table while speaking on the phone. Our thoughts and...

Dear Thompson Family,
I was sorry to hear of the passing of the patriarch of your family. It is tough to loose a loved one but the memories he leaves I hope are enough to fill your days with happiness as you cope with the loss. I enjoyed your family immensely whether learning tennis from Marcie, hanging out at John's record store, playing golf with Bill or doing all those things, I should or should not have with my best friend Michael. My best wishes.

Dear Mrs. Thompson:
My father was a good friend of Hayden's. He was the last person my dad had lunch with before he passed away. I was hoping to have the opportunity to speak with your husband about their last lunch. Mr.Thompson never forgot to keep in touch with my dad and he valued his friendship as well as Hayden's father, Chester. Our family will keep your family in our thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time.

I was so sorry to hear of your loss. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help at this time.

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

Dear Marci,

I was saddened to read of Hayden's death and send my deepest condolences to you and to your family.

I had privilege of working with Hayden when we served together, about ten years ago, on the Faculty Investment Committee at Laurel School. He brought an unparalleled breadth and depth of leadership experience to the work of this group. He was a keen listener and when he spoke, he chose his words carefully and spoke succintly. I saw, first hand, his dedication to...

Dear Thompson clan,
Our thoughts are with you. At least the threesome is together again.
