Not sure what to say?

It hasn´t really gotten any easier. Miss you.

My mother worker for Dr. Robert Harner, back when Neal first joined in that practice with him, back in the 60´s. Jeanne Hicklin/LaFave, worked as the receptionist for Neal for 37 years, and Neal was our family doctor as well, for many years. Neal was an incredible physician and a person who possessed an amazing sense of humor! As so many will attest to, the world is a better place, because of the love and care, he gave to all of us that knew him! It was a pleasure to know him.

MY HUSBAND DUSTY AND I KNEW NEAL & FAMILY
WHEN HE FIRST STARTED HIS PRACTICE. HE WAS A GOOD FRIEND. MY SYMPATHY TO HIS
FAMILY.

An amazing man that I had the pleasure of knowing most of my life...His gentle smile, and kind word's of wisdom will always be held close to heart. God Bless his family, and Thank God for Blessing all of us in Atwater with such an amazing Doctor.

I have worked with Dr C for almost 4 years, he was a pleasure to have him around. Always made you laugh when it was so busy. If we would passed in the hallway he would say SMILE and hit you on the arm or tap your shoulder. I will miss him dearly. My prayers to the family for the great loss of a loved one

Renate asked me to write and express her deepest appreciation for Dr. Carter's kindness to her over the years, and for his support of Last Hope Cat Kingdom. All of us at Last Hope were very sorry to hear of this loss. We would like to offer our support and condolences to his wonderful family.

In what seems like an eternity, when you are in that little room all alone. Doctor Carter would open the door with that priceless smile and some of your cares and woes would disappear. For in that smile was so much compassion you knew everything would be alright. God Bless you Doctor Carter.
