Dr. David Leak had a great influence on my life. He was a wonderful man and I will always remember his warmth, humility, and wisdom. I am grateful for the time we spent talking, and sharing.

I still think of Dr. Leak often because he had helped me tremendously with my back problems. He was a great dr. And I feel I owed my life to him. I really believe I would of died years ago of the headache pain and back pain that I suffered at that time. Dr. Leak stopped the headaches and I am still pain free from them qll these years later. We lost a terrific dr when we lost him. All my sympathy to his entire family.

Dr. Leak, I can't believe it has been almost six years since your passing, you were always a great friend, and I always enjoyed sharing stories of our home state of NC and our plights to arm ourselves with education and break the cycles. We had known each other for over twenty years at the time of your passing and I no idea of your illness. I will never forget golfing the Tree Tops in Michigan with Robert and the crew. Rest in peace my friend.
