A tremendous loss for your family and also for the entire community. Buck Saigling was an honorable, fair-minded man whose leadership helped propel the Plano Independent School District into prominence. The Raper and Springer families express our sympathies to your family.

From the very first time I met Buck Saigling fifty-five years ago, he was, on every occasion, one of the most honorable, kind, and respectful men I ever came to know in
