I am so sorry to read that Pastor Tex has died. My heart and prayers go out to Wini and the family.

What a wonderful man has gone home to be with our amazing Lord. He was such a sweet and kind man. I'm praying for you all.

We will greatly miss Mr. Rutledge! We were blessed to know him and will be praying daily for you Mrs. Rutledge for God to give you strength. We were blessed to have seen the love and compassion that you both shared!

Thank you for the blessing of sharing Pastor Tex with us. He has left quite a legacy and blessed many. What an amazing example of how to live. He will be missed.
