Wade was born on June 8, 1949 and passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2016. Wade was a resident of Terre Haute, Indiana at the time of his passing. Wade was a 1967 graduate of Wiley High School attended DePauw University and Indiana University. He was a graduate of Indiana University School of Dentistry. He was married to Sandra. A memorial gathering will be held from 4:00 â 8:00 P.M. Monday April 25 2016 in Callahan Hughes Funeral Home 605 South 25th Street. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimerâs Association.
He was a special person and i wad honored to take care of him. I will always remember his smile and stories.
