Wade Monroe Jackson, 69, of Burkburnett, passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2020.
Private family services will be held with Owens & Brumley Funeral Home in Burkburnett.
Wade was born on February 26, 1951 in Lawton, Oklahoma to George William Jackson, Sr. and Florence Ione Crane Jackson. A “jack of all trades”, Wade enjoyed working with his hands and tinkering with old cars.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his loving best friend, Diego.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Anne Johnson Jackson of Burkburnett; his son, Patrick Jackson and wife Mindy of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his daughter, Renee Jackson Meza of Wichita Falls; his brothers and sister, George W. Jackson, Jr. and wife Linda of Burkburnett, Elizabeth Shipman of Oklahoma, and Roger Jackson of Wichita Falls; twelve grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and his dog, Manny.

Barbara, Patrick, and Renee... Wade will be missed by everyone who knew him. Wade was one of the good guys. My heart goes out to each of you right now, and I am continuing to pray for peace and comfort for each of you during this time of loss.
