Not sure what to say?

I just learned of this sad news. Wade was a fixture at Bryant University for many, many years, and played the piano for our receptions during our summer Orientation program. Literally thousands of people here have enjoyed his music over the years, and he was such a pleasure to work with. He was wonderfully kind, and possessed a truly generous spirit--things just won't be the same without him. I'll miss seeing his smiling face, and wish him peace.

Wade Johnson made an extraordinary contribution to the health care delivery system in Rhode Island. Reserved yet strong, Wade's legacy is the strong system all Rhode Islanders benefit from today and tomorrow.

I'm still having trouble wrapping my head around coming home and not having him there. Wade's massive generosity impacted all who knew him. He was my friend, neighbor, savior, and much more. I will miss him more than words can say. Condolences to Janet, family, and all the friends who he touched so deeply.

Sorry to hear of this sad news. Wade tuned the old Stienway at the Sprague Mansion for many years and was a friend of Mrs. Kelley. He used to play us a song while he was tuning the piano. He was a fine gentleman.
