Not sure what to say?

Wade was my beloved Uncle and my mother was Wade's oldest sister, Phyllis Jean Meyer. I could'nt reach out to him since 2019. After looking On his FBK page I found out why I wasn't able to text or call him. I was greatly sadden after speaking with Wade only a few months in 2019, Dec. In 2020 April, I was calling him because it was Wade's younger sister's birthdate coming up. In memory of "Donna Meyer"' we would chat about her, GrandMa & GrandPA, and my mother. Wade would always...

Rest in peace my friend. Miss our talks.

Life sometimes gives us gifts late, ... almost too late. For Wade and I, who found out we were cousins, it was only just in time. We never met. Indeed, we never spoke, but we wrote to one another to share our family connections. He was an inquisitive and loving person, who loved his Dad. He was a learner, and open to knowing truths as a scholar, a scientist and a fine mind and teacher, from what I read. Most of all he told me how much he loved his family. I am blessed that I at least had a...

Learned of your passing this week. Shocked to hear of your passing my friend. You were a blessing to all who knew you. Fly high my friend , Rest In Peace beyond understanding.

Well Wade it's been over a year now, so hard to believe that you have crossed over..... Still seems like I could pick up the phone and hear your voice and start laughing together about some silly thing that happened.... Sure miss the crazy times you and I had together over 60 years of a friendship..... I have to say it's really hard losing your best friend, I was concerned when you didn't answer my message a few days before you passed.... Of course you didn't always get back to me right...

I am so shocked and saddened to hear this. Wade and I dated awhile back in 2005. We remained friends and would meet from time to time. Not knowing, I tried to call him tonite and found the number disconnected. Did a little research, and found out. I had talked to him mid April, and it looks like he passed the next week. He was an awesome man, so very funny and smart. Loved his family so much. My condolences to his family.

Wade and I were cousins. Last year he reached out to me, to help him research those links through his father's line. It was my greatest honor to share with him what I knew, and to share with him the means to research those connections even farther. His enthusiasm and love for his parents and his own family shone through in remarkable ways as we exchanged ideas and information. I will miss him, though we never met, for his love of life, and loyalty to those he shared his life with. To his...

I met Wade at book events. We both wrote humor so we immediately became friends. He was a great guy and I will miss him.

I worked with Wade when he was the Math Consultant at the Summit County Educational Service Center. Wade was always quick to elicit a laugh with his excellent humor. He was always quick to elicit respect from educators with his profound mathematical knowledge and his ability to advise and help them impart that knowledge to students.Wade is now missed and will continue to be so.Live on in our hearts, my friend.
