Wade Mitchell

My condolences to the family of Wade Mitchell. It was an honor to have Wade lead our USO Georgia Board in service to the men and women serving our Country . He was a humble, outstanding community leader who lead by example .A treasure to many Organizations . We will always remember his support and kindness . May He Rest In Eternal Peace . Wade Mitchell was a senior at North Fulton High School when I was a sub freshman (8th grade). The teachers loved him. The story I most often heard was that between periods of class time, Wade would walk directly from one classroom to the next, sit down at his assigned seat, open his textbook and notebook, and prepare for the next class without much more than brief pleasant greetings to his classmates. I followed his career on the gridiron at Georgia Tech and was happy to teach a beginning...
