Not sure what to say?

Almost 7 years...doesn't seem possible. I think of Wade often. Hope you and Leslie are doing well.

I'm sure by now that you and Doug have found each other and are busy talking sports. Glad you are both at peace.

Miss you Wade. Im sure youre finding the music in heaven a lot better than it is down here ❤❤❤

I am extending my condolences to the family and friends of. May the entire family find peace in knowing that God cares for you and your family and will help you during these difficult times. 1 Peter 5:6,7*

I am so very sorry for your loss. May fond memories and God's promise to wipe away the tears from all faces bring you comfort during this difficult time.

I am an English teacher for the last 23 years and it is directly attributed to Mr. Werner. I was in his class as a freshman at Westlake High School. Coming from a dysfunctional home with little interest in school, I could have cared less about anything academic. However, I ended up in Mr. Werner's class and he took an interest in my writing and profoundly changed my life. My only regret is I did not reach out to tell him how he changed my life. I recall a story I wrote about a greenhouse...

Wade was a thoughtful and inspirational leader for young people. I was very fortunate to have him as a teacher, coach and colleague.

Mr. Werner was truly one of the best teachers, always so kind and patient. I was very fortunate to have him as an educator. My thoughts and prayers are with the Werner family. I am so sorry for your loss.

In the 40+ years that I have known Wade I can truly say that I have never known a nicer, more intellectual, gentle man.Whether attending an English workshop, hitting golf balls in all directions or cheering for our favorite sports teams, he was the best friend I could ever ask for.He will be missed by the many, many people whose lives he has touched.Rest in peace my friend."Still love ya man!"
