Not sure what to say?

To the Liechty family;
I can see Mr. Liechty's warm and wonderful smile as I write this! He was such a joy to be around! May God comfort you all at this time. You are in our prayers.

You can tell the character of a person by their children. It has been our joy to know Sarah for such a long time and we see her fathers likeness in her. The Liechty Family has a great legacy and one in which it is not hard to "Honour your father and mother". We grieve with you now and we will rejoice with you when that time comes.

To all the family - you don't know us but we know Sarah and have learnt of you all and your faith over many years. We join you in praise for Waldo's life and faithful witness and his special legacy of faith to you all. We ask that same Father he trusted, the God of all comfort, will strengthen you all in the coming days and months. Oglesby family, Hinckley, UK

There are people who touch our life even if we never meet them. I did not have chance to meet Waldo face to face, but I met his children. Observing their life and listening to their stories I learned how extraordinary man he was. His big hearth, faithfulness and love for God touched even us who live so far. May God give him eternal joy and peace. We are with you and we pray for you.

Our hearts are saddened, but we know the Lord is happy to welcome Waldo home with open arms. He was always a faithful witness to me and a support to Don and his family after his Dad died. We pray your joy of celebrating such a one's life will help with the grief. We are praying for you.

To Waldo Family,
Many Many years ago when I was living in Hobart and going to the
1st Baptist Church Waldo drove the
bus that pick us up at home and returned us there after Sunday School. I remember him leading the
singing at Church as well.
I am sorry to hear that he has passed away but know that he is sitting on the right hand side of
God and leading the choir in song.

Waldo S. Liechty was one of the most amazing men I have ever met. May God give him eternal glory and may He give peace of mind to his big family, which will miss him very much.

Helene: You know that Waldo and you were among the first people we knew in Hobart, when we moved there in 1946. Waldo was certainly a friend, one who was willing to help when he could. Asking nothing in return. A man that I admired for his faith, and devotion to his Lord. He will be missed by Charlotte and me and so many more people.
Our most heart felt sympathy to you and your family.
William and Charlotte Peters

Gretchen,
Our deepest sympathies on the loss of your father. Your grief is with hope knowing that he is with the Lord and you will see him in the resurrection
