Walker Dunson Willingham

I met Walker late in his life through bridge. He was a gentlemen who warmed your heart. He was kind and had a great sense of humor. I said he was a gentleman and that is the best word to describe a man was gentile, kind and faithful.

I met Walker Willingham 70 years ago this month, as I entered Ga. Tech and pledged Chi Phi. He was a fine person then, and remained a valued friend over the years. I extend sympathy and heart-felt condolences to his family members.

Walker was always such a gentleman and such a helpful person to many. We were privileged to know him at Second Ponce and will always treasure the friendship we had with him. He was a good man who lived a good life.
