Wallace R. Devlin, Sr. passed away peacefully in the arms of God on the morning of January 30, 2021. He had his loving family at his side. Wallace would have celebrated his 90th birthday in March.
He served his country in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War.
He and his wife Shirley retired in Sarasota Florida until his passing. Wallace is survived by his wife, Shirley Devlin, son, Wallace R. Devlin, Jr. (Kelly), daughter, Kim D. Kissel (husband Paul), 4 grandchildren, Ivana Kissel (Victor), Jonathan Devlin (Alisha), Justin Kissel (Tina) and Kassandra Devlin, along with 3 great grandchildren Poet, Royal and Kalina. Wallace is also survived by his sister Marlene Fraley and her husband Dr. Charles Fraley.
There will be a private memorial service held with family only in attendance.

Dad, Words can't describe what you meant to so many people but mostly to me. In a style like no other you have been and will always be an inspiration to all of us. As a husband, father, grandfather, you set the standard of what a man should be. You worked so hard that we could have a better life and passed on a legacy that will last forever. But from your greatest accomplishments you gave me the greatest gift of all; You gave me your daughter and for that I'm forever thankful. We salute you and thank God for giving us the man we know as "PaPa" We'll miss you.
