Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry I missed this notice. As a young aspiring attorney, (not his favorite professional category, by any stretch), I worked with Wally on a number of legal matters, including his dogged (and eventually successful) challenge to the Kent County Gun Board's original and frankly inexplicable denial of a carry permit. Wally helped me defend his fellow orthopedic surgeons, fixed my back, used his helicopter venture to capture some requested photos, and despite his gruff (and perhaps...

Dr. Duffin was very kind to me as his patient at St Mary's; I was referred to him by Dick Crisman, my PC Dr. and his friend and associate. These two Dr.'s had more class and moxie than most others and both will be missed greatly. Rest in Peace Dr, Duffin, and my sympathies to his family!

Wallace was a client who became a friend and I eventually stored a car in his barn for several winters. We often had a cup of coffee and talked hunting and he enjoyed showing me his trophy room. You never had to wonder what was on his mind! We even went to dinner a couple of times. Condolences to the family.

So many good memories while growing up and hanging out at the Duffin ranch. Wally even "properly" taught me how to shoot a pistol before the Army in the backyard range. My condolences to Doug, Duncan, and Tessa

I use to shoot with Wally out at KCCL. I enjoyed his company. He was a remarkable man! RIP sir!

Best memories of our trip to Namibia! And the last time I made him smile was when I told him he was a curmudgeon!

I worked with him as nurse on the orthopedic floor at St. Mary's and he was also my surgeon. He was the best!! I enjoyed working with him. Please accept my condolences.
