I have very fond memories of Bud Gibbs and his family. He was the Registrar who admitted me to OSU to study civil engineering. I am grateful for that opportunity that has enabled me to practice in civil/environmental engineering for 45 years and also serve in elected office. Bud's daughter Christy was a good friend who moved to and invested substantially in my home state of Alaska.

Bud was the finest gentleman and friend that ever knew. Whether at the Phi Delt house, his office or on the football field he always had a smile and a kind word. It was a privilege to know him.
