Wallace R. Harper Jr.

Wally Harper was one of the kindest and sweetest individuals I have ever met. When I was very young and my sister and I would come to visit our cousins, Wally would go out of his way to be attentive and kind to his younger cousin by 5years. I have always remembered Wally's personal kindness to me. More recently, when we reconnected after all these years, our first conversation was long and full of jokes and laughter about our younger years. He was full of life and lots of fun. I shall miss him
