Not sure what to say?

What a sparkling mirror of Jehovah's goodness!

As you can see, we are all going to miss our dear Wally! You could always count on seeing him at the meetings for service. . . always ready to "Sally forth"! One other expression I remember him saying was after he had shared an experience with us, he usually ended it with a "woah"! That was so cute! Needless to say he was a wonderful example as so many of us have mentioned. We'll miss him but know we will all get to see him again REAL soon. Dick and Claudette Littlefield

Wally truly loved Jehovah and dedicated himself completely and unselfishly to do His will. He valued his relationship with his God more than anything else in the world. We were very privileged to have known Wally and have him as a close friend. His fine example is one we can all recommend to others. The resurrection is just around the corner.

My wife and I only had the privilege of knowing Wally for the past 15 years or so. He is such a sterling example of the kind of person that Jehovah truly loves. His unfading enthusiasm for the ministry will always spur me on. His story, his experience and his smile are things that have motivated myself and thousands of others throughout the years. He will be missed, but only for a short while. Then we will be working shoulder to shoulder with him again doing what he lived for.

I was very thankful that I got to pioneer with him. I enjoyed his knowledge and his experience. I benefited from copying his example. It was a great loss for so many people who had contact with him. If there was ever a brother loved by many, Wally was the one. I'll be looking forward to see him in the resurrection and hope I'll get to be one of the ones to welcome him.

I was born shortly after Wally was assigned to Cass Lake, MN. I have many fond memories of him faithfully in service. He was always so active, I remember him bike riding with us, ice skating, and juggling at any congregation gathering. He was always kind and humble. In the past 10 years we have been penpals and I'm so glad we were able to keep in touch. Although I knew him in his older years, I look forward to knowing him young again.
My love to his family, thank you for sharing him...

Wally was a very wonderful person. He was and still is a wonderful example. He truly loved Jehovah. I have only great memories of of Wally back in Cases lake mn. He will be missed but not forgotten. I look forward to seeing him in the new system. Love to his family.

Brother Hexum served in Blakely Ga. congregation for 4 years. And what an impact this faithful brother had on me as a young person. Wally was by my side as I took my first door in the ministry in 1971, and we took many many more doors together until he was moved to another assignment in 1974. He conducted a study with our entire family each Wednesday night seeing us to baptism, for me in 1973. I count it such a privilege to have known this faithful humble servant of Jehovah. May we all look...

Brother Wally was indeed a very special person and we can't wait to welcome him back in Jehovah's promised paradise. So many fond memories of him back in our Cass Lake, Minnesota congregation. Brings a smile to one's face just remembering those special times. Jim & Gail Hinkemeyer, formerly Cass Lake, MN, now in Belize.
